  Did you purchase your domain name from wordpress.com?

  Two issues, WordPress.COM does not have static IP addresses, they have 6 different IP addresses last I looked

  What do you need the IP addresses for?

  Yes you can probably get help with MX records but you need to explain what help you need.

  The format my hosting company gave me didn’t work. I’m setting up email via hosting package with domain. I changed the format slightly so I’ll have to see if that works.

  1and1.com also asked for the IP address so I used one from who.is

  I’ll have to see if that works.
