    google sent me this, ‘contact WordPress to get the name server or the IP address. And then add them on your domain DNS.’ Can anyone provide that information ?

    I do not see any sites under your @jakejudson WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    risemarketingcorp.ultraprodesigns.com

    I hired a web designer to create a website for us. I bought the domain risemarketingcorp.com from google. Google and our web designer have asked for the nameservers. Do you need our web designers account to get the info?

    Hi there,

    risemarketingcorp.ultraprodesigns.com is not a WordPress.com site.

    That site was built using the open source WordPress.org software, and based on the current IP address it’s hosted on Namecheap.com’s servers. So you need Namecheap’s name servers or IP address to point the domain to them.

    Please contact Namecheap support instead for help with this.
