I need to 1. completely delete stormygonzales & 2. get a reset PW for marpyhays

  I want to delete an old account and start a new one. Confirmed deletion of the old account, tried to start a new one but it said I was already registered. Then when I come back to the site looking for support, the old name comes up. Help!

  Hi there!

  While WordPress.com sites can be permanently deleted, WordPress.com user accounts are permanent, and you can find more information about that here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  If you want to start a brand new account, you will have to do so with a new email address/account name.

  Did you know you can use the same account (stormygonzales) and simply register a new WordPress.com site under that account name? You can do that here:
