I need to access my woo commerce data, but I can’t because of a domain transfer

When I transferred the domain to Squarespace, it broke the connection to my WordPress.com site data. Since pinecenter.org was hosted on WordPress.com, my WooCommerce orders are still in the system but the site is now inaccessible.
I need help in accessing my account data to retrieve my WooCommerce customer information.
I am still a paid customer but it won’t let me connect to customer support because it’s saying I’m not a paid customer. So I’m asking for help here.

Thanks for the update! Just to confirm that your site is indeed not hosted with us. You can use our site profiler to check as a reference: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://pinecenter.org
Our support is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com. You can refer to this guide for more information on the differences between our platform and other self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
