I need to access the wordpress blog via FTP service

On my work’s WordPress page, we need to change the content of a plugin file that seems to only be find-able trough a FTP client, according to the tutorials they use FileZilla with their WordPress page, can I get help with this? The page that needs help is ‘http://maritimstart.no’

It appears FTP access is not allowed:

Do you mind posting more details about what needs to be changed? Maybe I can help you find an alternative way.

Hello, thanks for the response.
Turns out editing the theme file “style.css” allowed for making the changes I needed to do.
To add to the details though, what I wanted to do was to translate the text that came with a plugin, and every tutorial showed changes made with a FTP solution, however like I said- Style.css allowed for it aswell.
