I need to add a calendar to a page

  I am trying to update my wordpress…and need to have a page with a calendar for events happening so people will know what is happening and things coming up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There’s a few available as either a widget or embed, as you say you want it on a page, Google Calendar may work best for you. At the prior link you’ll see instructions for creating one and embedding it.

  There is also Multi Event Theme ~ Eventbrite Which looks quite attractive for a page.

  To the best of my knowledge the only calendar embed currently available on WordPress.com is Google Calendar.

  The WPcom Calendar Widget is not configurable to show events. It will only show a highlighted date on a day when you have published a post.

  Concerning EventBrite, you no longer need to use the special theme, because this happened https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/05/12/eventbrite-now-available-for-all-of-wordpress-com/

  Interesting read Jenn… Hopefully wp can update the support sections to reflect that as well..? I noticed the poster had added a google calendar to a page though, not sure if he’s having difficulty with the google calendar and ‘events’..

  thanks for the reply. I see the calendar, but as a rookie not sure how it got there and was wanting to add events to the calendar. I appreciate the help on this. I deleted the reference hoping I would see where to add the calendar. thanks for all the help
