How to link to a category archive?

Hi there, I have done this before and spent hours trying to figure it out and it’s completley baffled me (again!) grrrrrr! I would like to add images to the right hand side of my blog, one for recipes, one for ‘in the garden’ etc, I just cannot find the URL to copy and paste into the available box so that when the image is clicked it takes the reader to all the recipes I have done etc.
I thoroughly appreciate your help, it’s so frustrating that I can;t work it out myself after all this time!

Category links are formatted like this:
http://madewithloveuk.wordpress.com/category/baking-recipes/
You can find your categories slugs (the part after /category/ in the Posts>Categories section of your dashboard).
