I need to add links for my postings and category/menu links all from my own postings.

  I am creating a free blog site, I need to be able to insert links (from my own website) and to add a menu (categories by the title)

  Hello there!

  Creating menus in WordPress.com is a piece of cake. You may want to check this link in the WordPress.com codex:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Here, you’ll also find an option to list the categories by title as you want. You may create menu items for custom posts in your blog/custom links too.
