I need to backup my site but I can’t see it here

    Hi There
    I want to do a backup of my site (www.planetherofilms.com) but I can’t see it here in my wordpress site. Please help to me recover it.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com servers. It is using the WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    More precisely, it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    You can get more information about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Unfortunately, the staff members can not access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate entities.

    Nevertheless, WordPress.org documentation also provides excellent resources for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software:

    Furthermore, you can also get in touch with your hosting provider’s support team at GoDaddy.
