I need to block a viewer from my blog. How can I do this without a Plug-in?

  Some guy is lifting pics from my Duarte blog. I get that the material is open source and certainly grants privilege and access to my material to anyone. The guy has not asked for permission or made hellos, nothing, he just started lifting pics yesterday afternoon. It took me years to build up the blog with hundreds of hours of searching, going to local museums, and checking with friends and family on back stories, and yet this guy in one afternoon sees to fit to keep pilfering my efforts and my time. So I am trying to block him. I have only his name and his Facebook page. Please help me on this. Thank you.
