I need to buy more space and I am unable to do so!! Please help ASAP!!

    I have one space upgrade already for 10GB that just renewed on February 25. However, I am now at 100% capacity, including that one space upgrade. Now I want to upgrade with an additional 10GB. Everytime I try to purchase the additional upgrade, I get this message: “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” However, I DON’T mean to renew my subscriptions! I NEED NEW SPACE!! However, when I get this message, there is no opportunity to answer the question and say “NO!!” so it is impossible for me to buy the upgrade.

    By the way this is the second time I have written about this, and I have received no answer yet from support. I want to post more on my blog and I cannot. Can you please help me resolve this as soon as possible???

    Thank you Kathryn, but I still haven’t received anything. I would love to know how to fix this, because I’m stuck and right now cannot post anything to my blog because I’m out of space!

    Thank you, Kathryn, I did just receive your message and saw that you removed my 10GB upgrade and issued a credit. I really appreciate it. I went ahead and purchased the 25GB upgrade. That solves the problem!! Thanks so much!

    Thanks for your help!! All is well now. And thanks for the extra credit. That makes me happy because I was worried about this happening and actually wrote to someone earlier asking if I should cancel my renewal of the 10GB on Feb 25 and just order the 25 GB. However, that person (I can’t remember his name and now I seem to have lost the email) told me that the space upgrades were cumulative so I could just order another 10GB. I think he was then mistaken in his advice. You might want to clarify this issue with your other happiness engineers. Thanks! Now I’m happy! :-)
