    Good Morning –

    Thanks for writing to us. I can see that you were able to add a new hosting plan to the account for lillybugart.com. The domain looks like it is about to be cancelled based on our logs with the registrar. My suggestion is that you try to register the domain, as new, a few times per day and hopefully you’ll be the first one to it. When a domain goes through redemption and then cancellation we aren’t given any sort of notification about when it’s going to be available again to register as new, which is why I’m suggesting you try a few times per day starting now.

    I’ve asked our domain team to take a look at this as well and make sure I haven’t missed something.

    I’ve heard back from our domain team and what I have shared previously is true. You’ll need to register the domain as new.
