  I just signed up and now I think I am not wanting to this. I just want to cancel and WOW now way to get ahold of ANYONE at WordPress….I wish I could run my business this way. So how do I get my money back or do I need to contact my Credit Card company since there is no contact info here.

  You should be able to cancel in Dashboard >> Store (where you bought the upgrade).

  I will also flat this for staff attention as they do monitor the forums.
