  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades or created a site on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you wish to cancel? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.
