  Please help me cancel my subscription. I just got an email that said it was going to charge me. How do I do this?

  I don’t see upgrades on this account. Can you check what email address received the renewal reminder? If it’s not the one listed here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Please use that page to log out, then log back in with the email address that got the renewal reminder. You can reset your password if needed. Then, once you’re logged into the right account, head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases — you should be able to cancel items there.
