I need to cancel a subscription

    Hello,

    I subscribed to a newsletter by Tim Ferriss (https://tim.blog/) and want to cancel it. Strangely I cannot do it from within the newsletter and I was referred to you:

    ‘We only control the subscriptions for Tim’s newsletter—which comes from (email visible only to moderators and staff)—so we emailed WordPress on your behalf, and they have suggested you contact them through their customer support chat.’

    I really have no idea how all this works together, so can you please help me to cancel that newsletter?

    I was advised by your chat bot to go to “purchases” and delete the subscription from there, but it is not shown.
