I need to cancel a wordpress page and transfer my premium account to page i paid

I bought a premium upgrade. I then tried out new designer pages on a fresh free word press. I then went and spent $85 on a theme but it was on the free word press and not the premium one.
I also have my domain registered to the premium one but my finished website is on the free one.
So i need to cancel a wordpress and transfer my subscription fee to the finished site (the free one) and also my domain.

When you are logged in and go to this page https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/ do you see the option to transfer the upgrade to a different site?
