I need to "cancel and refund" a premium theme purchase but link is not working

  A few days ago I bought the Portfolio Premium Theme. Now I want to cancel the purchase and get the refund but the Cancel and Refund link is not working. Would you please help me with this?
  If setting a different theme is needed before cancelling and refunding this theme, please do it for me, does not matter which theme you choose, as I plan to buy a different premium theme.

  I just cancelled and refunded your Portfolio premium theme purchase, so you’re all set with that. (Please note it can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)

  I see you went ahead and purchased the Photographer theme — I hope that one is working out better for you. :) If you have any questions about that theme, you’re welcome to ask the theme author directly in the Photographer theme support forum.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help.

  OOhhh, I have anothe problem! I now have a wordpress in my own domain, so I no longer will use the wordpress.com page. How can I take the PHOTOGRAPHER THEME there? Can I download it from somewhere? thank you!

  If the case is, as I suspect, that I cannot migrate it or dowload it, I will have to ask for cancelling and refunding again!! I hope not!!

  Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com to be used on a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site — they can only be used on sites hosted here at WordPress.com. I went ahead and cancelled and refunded your Photographer theme purchase for you.

  To get that theme for your site, you can purchase the self-hosted version of the theme from the theme author’s website here:
