I need to cancel free hosting.

  I have a domain name from another service provider. The domain name is civilengineers.academy. I had opted for a free hosting service from WP. The free trial began on 20-Nov-2020 and will last till 17-Dec-2020. I need to cancel the free hosting now. Please help.

  We can’t help you as your site http://civilengineers.academy/ isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. and is hosted by NameCheap, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=civilengineers.academy.

  Hi there,

  We don’t offer free trials on WordPress.com, besides which you don’t have any sites with us at all.

  If you signed up for a free trial, it was with your hosting provider, Namecheap, so you need to contact them directly to cancel that.
