  What upgrade, for what site, do you want to cancel?

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought any upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you, so there is no way that we’d be able to bill you for anything.

  If you own an upgrade via another account, please log in as that account instead and comment here.
