I need to Cancel my account, site, domain , etc to avoid further charges.

The site just keeps me looping all over, pages but does not provide an option to erase my credit card info or to cancel my subscription. Please help.

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

That is the site that I payed a year ago and I don’t want to get charged again for it.
I am logged with the account that purchased the “site”, but in my billing history I don’t have any upcoming charges, still I need to be sure I won’t be charged again.

It looks like you may have more than one account. The domain you mentioned is registered under a different account and is set to automatically renew on January 10th.
In order to change this, you’ll need to log into the correct account and visit the links timethief provided.

Hello Shawna, thank you for replying.
The site was created by a friend and by myself, now that you mention that the site might be under another email, it makes sense since we created an email using both our names or last names.
My name is Rafael Jasso, and my friends name is Guillermo Mauleón. The email should be a combination of those names, but to be honest, since we haven’t used the site basically since we created it, we forgot what the email was, and of course we won’t even remember the password.
What I can use to identify is the credit card used for payment, since it was my credit card and I can validate all information for that.
Please advice Shawna, we are running out of time to avoid the auto renewal.

Shawna, I believe we were able to disable the auto renew charge for our site, we searched for the email of the site admin and were able to do so.
