  You just want to cancel auto renewal?

  I can see the account with which you are posting is brand new. Make sure you are logged in with the same account with which you had created that website.

  Please mention website url for which you need to cancel auto renewal.

  I am adding modlook to this thread. Someone from staff will disable auto renewal.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites or purchased any upgrades. What is the address of the site you want to disable auto renew for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.

  Once I know for sure, we can look at the next steps for disabling auto renew.
