I need to cancel my domain mapping.

I don’t know what information you even need to do this. I am totally new at this. The domain is onwardjacks.com.

Hey there!
You should be able to manage your domain and respective redirections from here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/

Thanks for the reply. I am learning this all from ground zero!
Let me add some info – Our domain is not hosted at WordPress.com. It is registered at hover.come and hosted at bluehost.com. I believe it was domain mapped to WordPress.com, then we cancelled our personal plan and moved our website to WordPress.org within a couple days.So my question is, do I need my domain mapping cancelled at WordPress.com so I can use our domain on WordPress.org?
My limited understanding was that I needed to enter the bluehost nameservers when I am logged into hover.com (and selecting that domain). I have done this.
But I am not sure if I need my domain mapping from WordPress.com cancelled also?
Thank you!

Your domain onwardjacks.com is currently using bluehost nameservers. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll also want to head to your Domains dashboard here on WordPressdotcom and set your mysite.wordpress.com as the primary site.
In order to use a domain with a WordPressdotcom website, you also would have needed to purchase an upgrade plan. If you are within the 30 day refund window you can cancel your plan and request a refund at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Here’s more on refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Let us know if you need any other help with this or have other questions.

Hi there,
Your domain mapping along with the Personal plan has been canceled and a refund has been issued. You can view a receipt for that refund here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Also, your domain is correctly pointing to your Bluehost site and therefore there’s nothing else you need to do.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
