  Dear Sirs,

  Please advise how can I cancel my plan? I followed certain steps before but it seems they were not successful.

  You canceled the plan successfully. I went ahead and refunded the charges for the plan back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
