  Hi,

  The ‘Refunds’ support page says:

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.

  Hi @sspinternational, that receipt is not associated with your account. Can you log in as kakatlantic and cancel your upgrade? The domain is older than 48 hours, but we can cancel the rest and help you point the domain to a new host if needed.
