I need to cancel my subscription

    Hi

    I have just had an email to say my subscription has been renewed.

    I looked into this before xmas and when I went to cancel it I couldn’t see a subscription in my purchases to cancel, so I thought it was a scam email.

    I have however just received an email and have now been charged and want to cancel it.

    I could do with talking to a human, but can’t get past the Virtual Assistant.

    Any help would be appreciated.
