I need to cancel the upgrade

    I tried to upgrade to 48.0 USD with the annual upgrade but it seems that it does not help me and I may upgrade to business one later but not at this time.

    So I hope you refund the payment that I sent you.

    We provide a full refund if you cancel a plan within 30 days, but it appears that you have filed a chargeback against us with your bank instead, which means we are not able to refund you any more. Filing a chargeback is essentially accusing us of fraud and causes the funds to be frozen until our payment processor concludes their investigation. If they find in your favour, then they will refund you. This process usually takes around eight to twelve weeks.

    If you cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves. However, if it’s too late to cancel the dispute, you will only receive the refund once our payment processor concludes the chargeback investigation, and your site will remain locked pending payment of the chargeback fee.

    I upgraded to premium yesterday Dec 21st 2017 for 96 Euros. I paid using PayPal. Today Dec 22nd 2017 I cancelled it. I got 70 Euros back. How can I do to get my 26 Euros back. There are no pending plans anymore in my “purchases”.

    I’ll be happy to have a look at this for you. The portion of your purchase not refunded accounts for your domain registration. Do you have plans to use premium-beans.com again in the future?

    Right now the domain has been cancelled. If you do not have plans on using it I will gladly refund the remainder of your purchase. Please note that you may never be able to register this domain again if someone else gets to it.

    If you want to use the domain again let me know asap and I’ll get it restored and then help you point it to another service.
