  Hi there,

  If you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com account, you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.

  That site is connected to another account of yours holdingstrong, https://wordpress.com/forums/users/holdingstrong/.
  You must plog out from current mrichmondsaravia and log in again as holdingstrong
