I NEED TO CHANGE BILLING OPTIONS

My tech guy set up the site for me. I received a notice from him indicating the mapping upgrade is expiring. I have been trying to set up an auto billing on my credit card but am having a very difficult time with it. When I go to store/my upgrades/ it shows it was purchased by my tech guy and not me. He also gets the notifications and I dont. I need this to be changed. Can someone please call me to help me with this. My redirect is expiring next month.

There’s only owner of any blog and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog and who purchased the upgrade for the blog. To access > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades you need to be logged in as Admin under the username account that owns the blog. You need to become the Admin of the account and have the current blog owner ie. your tech guy transfer the blog to you by using the transfer process.

PS – your tech guy will also need to transfer the upgrades to your account – I don’t think transferring the blog will also transfer the upgrade billing

why can’t I check spelling on the non-upgrade wordpress? do you think this is an upgrade ? If so wow
