I need to change my domain & blog name

  My blog and it’s domain are too close to an other organization. Is there a simple way to fix this and still keep all my content. I’ll re-brand my blog and purchase a new domain. I’m just unsure how to do domain & naming change.

  Hi there,

  You can indeed change your blog name quite easily, though keep in mind that once you change your blog name there is no way to change it back. Neither you nor anyone else will ever be able to use that blog name again. It sounds like that won’t be an issue in this case, but I wanted to make sure you were aware of that!

  As far as buying a new domain name, you can do so by going in to your blog’s Dashboard and then going to the Store link and then Domains. Type in the domain which you would like to purchase in the field at the top. Make sure it says the domain is available and if so, put through the purchase! It will be added to your account within a few minutes.
