  You can change the blog title and tagline here at any time > Settings > General
  You cannot change your current blog URL, but you can simply register another WordPress.com blog under your existing user account.

  1. Log in (if you are not already logged into your account).
  2. Point your browser to http://wordpress.com/signup to register a new blog.
