I need to change my podcast feed.

When I was setting up my podcast, I accidentally submitted my wordpress feed rather than my feedburner feed. It seems that I can’t add metadata to WordPress, but <itunes:new-feed-url> seems to be the only way to get iTunes to switch. Thanks so much for the help.

This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture. We bloggers cannot access metadata.
I’m so sorry but we Volunteers have very little information and knowledge of any podcasting issues and how to address them.

I assume they will be able to help but it’s the weekend so don’t hold your breath for a quick response. They deal with support threads in date order and there are 5 pages of threads tagged for their attention that were tagged before this one.

Hi j.m., you are correct that you can’t add metadata to your WordPress.com blog. To change the podcast feed, you will need to contact iTunes support here:
Then, follow these steps to get to a contact form relevant to your issue:
- Click “Contact iTunes Store Support” under the iTunes Store section
- Select “Other iTunes Store Topics”
- Select “Questions about iTunes content”
- fill out the contact form with your question
