I need to change my username and blog name

I signed up but because I didn’t understand what was first being asked, I typed in the wrong thing. Now the wrong name is associated with my blog. I’d like the entire username and account deleted so I can start over from scratch with the correct username and information.
Blog is AetasBlog.wordpress.com. I wanted it to be AetasXBlog.wordpress.com. Now, I can’t sign up because it says the username is now taken, by myself. But I can’t change it. Need to change it.

Hi, actually that name isn’t taken. I tested AetasXBlog.wordpress.com for you and got “Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers.” — nothing about the name being taken though.
To make sure no one else would take it in the meantime, I went ahead and took aetasxblog.wordpress.com for you with the matching username. I left the old name in place as well in case you want it.
You can delete the old url if you’d like at https://wordpress.com/settings , but do not delete any name you want to keep.

The name is SUPPOSED TO BE AetasXBlog. I can’t change it to that though after I apparently created it as AetasBlog.
Also, the username I used is incorrect, too. How do I change my username? I am trying to recreate a NEW account with my username and it is saying it is taken. But I have to have that username.
I’m asking how to change my url FROM AetasBlog TO AetasXBlog and I’m asking how to delete or change my AetasX username so I can use it on a properly set up account.
