Hi there,
We cannot help you if you don’t tell us the domain you’re speaking of.
Updating Whois contact information can only be done at the registrar where a domain is registered, and for domains registered with WordPress.com it can only be done by the specific username account that owns the domain, and the username account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains with us.
If you’re speaking of the domain, hensleyentertainment.com, that you used to own with us, that domain was removed from your account in March last year when we received a chargeback from your bank for the last renewal payment on the domain.
In order to restore that domain to your account we’ll need you to pay the chargeback fee at https://wordpress.com/checkout/hensleyentertainment.com so we can reactivate that site. Once you’ve done that we can send you a link to pay again for the domain itself, and only once we’ve received that payment and restored the domain to your account will you be able to update the Whois information.
If you’re speaking of the other domain you used to own with us, omgitzlo.com, that domain was also removed due to the chargeback we received, and has since expired and been completely removed from our system. That domain is now registered with GoDaddy.com
You can find our policy regarding chargebacks and payment disputes here:

That chargeback is your folks fault but Neither here or there. So my personal info is going to be exposed for that reason? My personal email and phone number? Why email me to update and I can’t even update it?
-
It’s not possible for you to make any changes to either of these domains, as you gave up your ownership of them when you chose to file a chargeback against us.
We can still help you regain ownership of hensleyentertainment.com, and I’ve explained the process necessary for that above.
None of your information is exposed, though, as all domains registered on WordPress.com has privacy protection enabled by default, and in addition since the implementation of the GDPR in May 2018, we also don’t display full contact information for any domain in Whois, regardless of whether or not privacy protection is enabled.
