1) wordpress says to upgrade my plan, and now there is no option to change nameservers.

2) now my new website is on html , css ..so i need only domain of wordpress and need cpanel from other hosting website. What should i do now?

Hello,
Changing the NameServers option will be enabled only for custom domains.You can’t change NameServers for the free domains from WordPress.
i.e.https://*.wordpress.comkirtisethiabengani.wordpress.comis explicitly managed by WordPress.In short, this option will be available for custom domains only.

As you are using a free WordPress domain, you do not need to release it for purchasing externally.
You can purchase your domain
kirtisethiabengani.com(if available) from other third-party services directly. You won’t be able to purchasekirtisethiabengani.wordpress.comdomain.Thanks,

Thank you for mentioning that. I somehow missed the screenshot. I just checked it. And as @pranaliwp said and as I see in the screenshot, your site address is:
kirtisethiabengani.wordpress.com
This has a
.wordpress.comsuffixed at the end which means this comes under the free plan and is not a custom domain that you purchased. That’s the reason you don’t see a transfer option.
Can you please login through the account which has a custom domainAlso when I click on the URL mentioned above I get an error as below:

I dont get any of the option for transfer domain, changing nameservers etc.
kirtisethiabengani.com was removed from the site when you disputed the renewal payment — this process created a chargeback.
I see one of our Happiness Engineers was helping you with this by email. They replied on Saturday with a payment link for the domain but we haven’t received a reply yet (or a payment). If that email isn’t in your inbox, please check the spam folder in case it has gone there.
The domain will need to be restored to your account before the name servers can be updated.

Closing your account will also delete any sites you own. The address will become unavailable for use, even on a new site, so it’s not something we recommend if you will ever need the site address again in the future.

What i understand is – that the domain is free with the wordpress account i have purchased . Now i want to host the website which is not a wordpress theme.
it is a custom html.
On other sites such as godaddy or other domain providers kirtisethiabengani.com is not available means it is already taken and whois info shows the reseller is wordpress.com.
Now it would be great if we get the nameservers editing option or if wordpress releases the doamain so that we can purchase the domain from other site. -

Domains are free for the first year with a paid plan, but after that you need to pay renewal fees (as we also need to pay renewal fees to the registrar.) Noting as well, you do not currently have a paid plan on the site.

It’s not available because it’s still registered here. Once you pay for its renewal fee, it can be restored to the account. Then you are welcome to point it to another host or even transfer it to another registrar.
Do you need us to resend the payment link? Let us know; when that is paid we’ll be able to work on restoring this to your account.

Its charge for the wordpress hosting.
The domain was free with that hosting to be used for that hosting. Right?Now if, i dont need the wordpress hosting then why there is a need to pay for the domain which was free with hosting. I purchased the hosting and domain was free with that.
Also, when we hit kirtisethiabengani.com the website opens is this one only, so no one else is using or owns this domain.
When we check the whois data also, the reseller name shows up is “wordpress.com”.I again request to please do not charge for the items which i dont want to purchase, wordpress hosting is now no more of use for this website. And we had paid for this one when we purchased it.
Kindly look into the matter seriously. -
Hi there,
The payment request we have already emailed you is for $18 which is only the price of the domain. You don’t have to purchase a plan again for that domain to be restored.
Have you received the email containing the payment link or do you want us to send it again?
