I need to change the width of my blog

I want to make my whole blog a little bigger so I can make the sidecars and content wider. I did not find anything In the code that changed the width. I have the digg 3 theme.

You’ve picked a theme that requires you to change a boat load of stuff to change the width of the theme, sidebars and main content area. There are probably 10 or so images that make up the basic theme that have to be replaced or done away with. It isn’t just a matter of changing one or two things. You may end up having to change 20 or more.
I don’t mind helping out, that is why I hang around here, but I’m not going to design your entire site for you one question at a time. Here are the main selectors you are going to have to work with to change the width of your theme, content area and sidebars.

#header
.pagewrapper
.obar (left sidebar)
.sidebar (right sidebar)
.narrowcolumnwrapper and .narrowcolumn (the content area divs)
.contentMany of the above elements have images associated with them too, so you will have to either create new images for each of them that are the correct width, or you will have to do them as background: none; and then simplify things and have perhaps one single image that repeats in the Y direction and covers the entire content area.
