I need to change who gets the auto renew notices and how it gets paid.

  Hi Chrispullo,

  You can change the email address on the account to something else via the Account Settings screen:

  Alternatively you can transfer a site to a different user here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
