Here is how to access live chat support:
When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white ? icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the ‘Contact Us’ button. Enter your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press “Chat with us” to begin the chat session.

Whilst you’re waiting for a member of staff I’ll just mention that https://helpunemployed.com/ has a “Journey begins” post that was created two weeks ago whilst the account you are using now is less than an hour old. You’ll be able to access your site and livechat support if you log out of this account and log back in to the correct account.

Now, I’m confused. I thought I only had one account. What is the one associated with the one that is the business account? I transferred my domain name from Go Daddy and updated my main site to the one without the WordPress in it.

I’m hearing that I’m logging into the wrong account, but I’m using the same email as when I signed up and paid for the Business services a couple weeks ago.

The helpunemployed.com domain was created 17th Nov 2016. On the same day a WordPress.com username helpunemployed was created. There is still a site called helpunemployed.wordpress.com also set up the same day and that is separate and still online so rather than update that site to a paid plan you must have created another one. You’ll need to wait until a member of staff can look at your account(s).

Thanks. I really need help today.
I’m starting to think I made the wrong selection. This needs to be user friendly for people that don’t set up websites.
I followed the instructions I was given and never changed the email address I’ve always used so no idea how it could be that I set up a separate account for this.

Looks like you have two accounts and the one you’re currently using to contact us is not on the Business plan.
The account that owns the Business plan is helpunemployed and it is associated with a different email address.
