I need to clear my site’s cache!

    I need to clear my cache. This article says that I need to ask the WordPress.com Engineers to do it (https://wordpress.com/support/clear-your-sites-cache/). Not sure why my only option seems to be to post this to ‘our public forums,’ but I don’t see another way to contact the Engineers.

    I need to clear my cache because my blog (from WordPress) is not posting correctly to my website (which uses ShowIt).

    Hi there,

    What is your site’s URL?

    The forum you’re posting to now (and that support page you linked to), is for sites hosted on WordPress.com, and your account doesn’t have any sites hosted with us.

    We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software – we’re just one of hundreds of hosting providers for that software. If you’re using WordPress at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly for help with this.

    If your host indicates this is a WordPress issue, you can get help with the WordPress software in the WordPress.org community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
