I need to close my monthly hosting

  Hi I have deleted my credit card which paid 5.00 email and 45.00 monthly. Can’t see what else need to do to close the hosting and email. Also I paid WPDesk $163.00 NZ dollars not that long ago can I get a refund on that at all 1/4 or something. thanks Julie

  You’ve done everything correctly on our end. You won’t be charged for those two items going forward.

  WPDesk is a separate company from WordPress.com, so you would need to contact them directly to cancel and inquire about a refund of your purchase with them:
