I need to close this account and free up the domain name

Help! I was using the domain name http://www.brownbarnbotanicals.com for this wordpress.com blog. I want to now use this domain (which is a godaddy account) on clickfunnels. When I repoint to clickfunnels Google gives me an error saying you own the security certificate on that domain. If I completely close this account will it free up the security certificate? I don’t know what to do to free up this domain name thanks.
