I need to close this account only

    I have other WordPress sites that I wish to keep. This business is closed, and I wish to close this account only without impacting the others.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    You will also lose access to the website associated with the account if you decide to close it.
    Therefore, I suggest that you delete only those sites that you no longer need.

    To delete a specific site, Click on Settings on your WordPress.com site’s settings page. Scroll to the bottom of the General tab and click Delete your site permanently.

    Please note that you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.
