  I need to connect my domain to my WordPress Account .. I don’t need the Free Blog, and i don’t need to have Premium Features is that possible ?

  The only way you can use a custom domain instead of your free *.wordpress.com address is to upgrade to one of our paid plans. There are other benefits like removing ads from your site and access to direct email support (and live chat with Premium and higher plans), so give those options a review and choose the one that would best serve your needs.
