  Hi! Do you have any email of WP.com Affiliate support?

  I wrote them via support dashboard , but I have never received an answer.

  You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. The only place to reach WordPress.com support is in this forum, or via our contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

  We don’t have any association with any organisation called WP.com Affiliate support, and if such an organisation exists, they’re using our trademark without our permission.

  Can you tell me the URL of the site you need help with, and what the issue is? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us.

  If you’re perhaps speaking of AffiliateWP, that is a plugin for the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org.

  That plugin is made by an independent company who has no direct affiliation with either WordPress.com or WordPress.org. For help with that plugin, please contact their support directly at https://affiliatewp.com/support/

  WordPress.com has a Referral Program (AKA Affiliate Program). https://refer.wordpress.com/

  The internal support (via dashboard) is not working. I wrote to them several times but no answer :(
