I need to contact costumer support!

    I cannot figure out how to get in contact with someone from costumer support. When I try to search their contacts information the website sends me in circles. I was just finally able to figure out how to log back into my account in years and I’ve never ever used it and need to requests a refund since I’ve been charged for the domain name for years without being able to stop it.

    For free accounts, we only get these forums for support. Paid plans get email support and the higher tier Creator plans have access to Live Chat.

    However, for billing you can manage your Purchases and Recurring Payments at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    You will find an option to Cancel your plan on that page. If your purchase is eligible for a refund it should be shown there.

    I have pinged support in case I missed something.
