I need to contact support for some assistance as I’m new to managing our website but I can’t find a way to get directly to support.
The site I need help with is http://www.fbceufaula.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

1. Because your site is not hosted on our servers, we have no way of knowing how support might have worked for your site prior to your taking over the management duties. This also means we will not be able to provide you with support.
2. Your site at fbceufaula.com looks to be hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy offers support, but, again, it’s unclear if they were the original support provider.
3. What you should try first is getting in touch with your predecessor to find out who provided support originally.
4. If you are unable to determine who provided support originally, you can talk with accounting to try to find out who the company may have paid for website support (was it the same place that built your site, for example?). They might be able to locate a money trail.
5. If you still are unable to find what you need, you’ll need to begin learning about the environment you have: the WordPress theme, the plugins, etc. It’s likely all of that is well-documented and learnable.
