Since you want to reach someone from the Staff.I am tagging this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.
If you wish to reach the moderator staff directly for your future questions, just add the modlook tag in the Tags section.

When I clicked on the link: supportdetails.com
it tells me that the Web Browser is Safari 10.1
Browser size is 1290 x 729Javascript is enabled
No, I haven’t cleaned the Browser Cache and Cookies.
How do I use a different Browser? I just tried via Google and still couldn’t load the Stats Page, but I’m not sure if that is what you mean.

Google is a website. Safari is a browser, and other browsers include Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
Please try downloading one of those and see if you can load the pages. If you still can’t load them, the problem is most likely with your connection. In that case, please try resetting your modem/router by disconnecting it from the power for a few seconds.

I clicked on Safari in ‘Browser Issues’ and it gave a link to clear the cache in 6 thru 8, but not 10.1.Should I still click on it or not?
I turned the Router and computer off, left them for a few minutes and turned them on again but no change – I still can’t access any site information or Help links unless I go through WP Admin.

The instructions for clearing the cache in Safari 10 is exactly the same as for Safari 9.
