  I want to have the refund. I just find out wordpress can’t have any plug in service

  Hi there,

  The upgrade you purchased includes the registration of a domain.

  When we cancel a domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you would like to keep the domain registered through WordPress.com to avoid the chance of losing it, I can refund everything except the domain.

  If we go that route, you will still manage your domain through your WordPress.com account. You can also point the domain to an external web host if you decide to build a website elsewhere.

  If you would prefer a full refund which would involve canceling the domain, please let me know.

  Thanks for the reply, I would like to keep the domain but cancel the upgrade.

  I’ve processed the refund and removed the upgrade from the site. You should see the funds on your statement within one week.
