I need to deactivate a plugin that is preventing access to the dashboard of my wordpress web site.

    I need to have WPtouch Mobile Plugin disabled on the http://www.thebarnabascamp.com site
    When I try using UpdraftCentral to deactivate the plugin. the request hangs. I am getting an error message when trying to access the WordPress dashboard.
