I need to delete a site

  I need the blog http://www.birchtreeacademy.com deleted. It won’t allow me to delete the site. Another admin has moved the site to Yahoo (the person that paid for the domain name). But I have several other blogs hosted on WordPress & I don’t want their website showing up on my list. I’ve asked them to delete me as an admin, but they were unable to. I’ve tried to delete myself…no-go. Can WordPress just delete the site or at least get it out of my Blogs? Thank you!
